- Shipping & Delivery
We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the time stated below, however we rely on courier services and Royal Mail for actual delivery and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by them nor will we be liable for any loss or disappointment caused to you by late delivery.
All orders placed and paid Monday-Friday before 2:00pm are dispatched the same day or the next working day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after this time are processed the following working day. Orders delivered to UK Mainland addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail or UPS.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any funds paid by you without prior agreement being reached in advance with respect to the above terms. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide to us, therefore you must ensure that all details are full and correct, including postcode and house number. We will not be held responsible for any lost, undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete details supplied by you.
In the event that you fail to sign for, accept or collect your delivery and it is subsequently returned to us you will be offered the option to:
1. Cancel your order and we will refund all funds paid by you less ALL expenses incurred by our company in attempting to deliver your order.
2. Request a re-delivery by reimbursing us for any expense incurred due to the return of your order PLUS the actual cost of re-delivery.
Please make sure that you allow sufficient lead time when placing your order with us to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as we cannot be held responsible for this.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
UK Shipping for items over 2KG are not included in our Free P&P offer to Highlands and Islands including Channel Islands. Please contact us for P&P quote.
Royal Mail 1st Class
We expect First Class Mail to reach you within 2 days from the day of dispatch - subject to Royal Mail suspensions of service, but please allow up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
Orders sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery require a signature and usually arrive on the following day from the day of dispatch, but please allow up to 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. Please make sure that somebody is available to accept and sign for your parcel as requests to deliver to an alternative address may incur an additional charge from the carrier.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Orders sent using Special Delivery require a signature and should arrive on next working day. Please make sure that somebody is available to accept and sign for your parcel as requests to deliver to an alternative address may incur an additional charge from the carrier.
- Returns & Replacements
We aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied every time you place an order with us. If you are unhappy with an item when you received it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us unused and undamaged, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with product packaging, instructions and all components within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
Please note, we do not refund express or international postage fee if items are returned because you changed your mind or if it's not required any longer.
Packaging for all damaged in transit items should also be returned along with damaged products.
Please make sure that you test and install your product in a clean and safe environment as we will not replace, exchange or refund damaged, dirty or incomplete goods. This includes but is not limited to the product packaging.
We are not liable for any damage or fault caused to your phone or tablet while carrying out the repair with our parts.
We do not exchange items that have been customer modified if they were not initially manufactured as such. Any warranty would be void in case of such modifications.
All items are marked with our warranty stamps or warranty labels inducating the date of purchase. Removal of such labels voids the warranty.
If you suspect a fault with your product please call or email our customer service. This initial troubleshooting may prevent any unnecessary returns to us, saving you the return delivery cost should the product be found in full working order.
All goods are tested on return to verify the fault and always before a refund/replacement is processed. All goods proven to be non defective will either be returned to you or incur a 15% restocking fee.
All our products come with 3 months standard warranty commencing on the day of delivery of the product. We may extend it to 6 months limited warranty for certain products. Subject to management discretion.
We will make the refund directly to your PayPal account, credit/debit card or the bank account used to place the original order within 14 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You are responsible for the return postage and packaging of any unwanted products.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.
Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
In the case of high value items in excess of £500.00 the usual money back guarantee is limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 7 days of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Payment & Pricing
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form. We regret that we cannot accept cheques, gift vouchers or cash as payment online.
When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorisation for this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when communicate with us via email. Accordingly please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
Products are invoiced in GBP sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Where prices are displayed in alternative currencies on this website, these are for reference purposes only and local prices may change according to current currency rates. Whilst we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing.
Delivery charge is an additional cost.Your delivery charge will automatically be displayed when you proceed to checkout before you submit and pay for your order.
Although we try to ensure that all prices on the Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the Website at any point. Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we will need to re-contact you to obtain your card details.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

We will provide our products and services with reasonable skill and care, however due to the nature of the internet these products and services are provided on an “as is” and/or “as available” basis without warranty that these products or services will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We bear no responsibility to you if we are unable to provide our company and/or website services for any reason beyond our control.
